* Orders Under £25 are delivered First Class and for FREE in all of February within 1-2 workings days. * Orders Over £25 are delivered FREE within 1-2 working days. * Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (order before 2pm) £5.25 * Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 9am - £16.00 * Next Day Delivery Saturday (Orders received before 1pm Friday) £7.00
Sid's Delivery Information
* Sid's Surf Shack uses Royal Mail, Parcelforce and Airmail (EU only) to get your gear to you. Large packages sent via Parcelforce can take 1-3 working days. * Orders requiring next day delivery must be received before 2pm on the previous day. * Orders requiring next day delivery on Saturday must be received before 1pm on the Friday. * Next day delivery orders may require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure someone is present to sign for your item/s. * Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday’s may not be sent out until the following Monday, and Tuesday should the Monday be a Bank Holiday. * Sid's Surf Shack will not be held responsible for any losses incurred should incorrect delivery details be given on an order. We recommend you always check you have given us the correct delivery information before submitting your order. * Any order returned to Sid's Surf Shack by our couriers that could not be signed for by the customer, will be charged for redelivery based on the initial postage charge requested. * We deliver to the whole of the UK including the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Please note that deliveries to these destinations normally take between 2-5 working days.
NOTE: Whilst our standard delivery terms are anything from 1-2 working days, we endeavour to get your stuff out the same day regardless, as we know you’ll want your goods asap.
We are certain you’ll be stoked with whatever product you buy, but for your piece of mind you can cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund or exchange:
* The customer then has a further 7 working days to send the goods back to us. * Customers are liable to pay the full postage costs to send any goods back, unless the product received initially is faulty or the product(s) incorrectly sent by Sid's Surf Shack: * In these circumstances Sid's Surf Shack will pay for the postage. * To return goods, please contact Sid's Surf Shack Returns by e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 0191 232 8028. Please state your invoice or order number, and the full description of the goods returned and we will issue you with a returns number. * All goods returned must have a valid returns number and this must be displayed clearly on the package returned or they cannot be accepted. * Goods returned must be in their original condition, with any tags still attached and original packaging and be re-saleable. * We cannot accept goods for refund or exchange that have been returned unsealed such as CD’s, magazines and DVD’s or perishable products. If unsure please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com or by phone on 0191 232 8028. * We recommend that goods returned are sent via a secure postage method where they can be traceable and ones that require a signature on delivery. * Sid's Surf Shack is not responsible for goods that do not have proof of posting and any lost goods will be the responsibility of the customer. * Once goods received, we will within 24hrs process your refund or exchange, whatever requested.

IMPORTANT SCOOTER WARRANTY INFORMATION
All our scooters and custom build scooters are fully checked prior to dispatch to ensure that they are in full working condition with no faults.
Scootering is an extreme sport and the usage of these products means that they are often bashed, thrown and hit the ground regulary when being used. We at Sid's Surf Shack do our best to ensure that any problems are dealt with quickly and offer a 90 day warranty against manufacturers defects on any parts on the scooter from the day of purchase for the original owner only.
The warranty does not cover headset bearings, snapping, cracking, scracthes, chips or bending of any parts that are the result of normal use or if the product has been modified in any way, or faults or problems after the scooter has been de-assembled by any persons other than a Sid's Surf Shack member of staff.
If a warranty request is presented to us, you must provide us with the original product, with all parts supplied to us that came with the product, proof you are the original owner.
If there is a fault with a particular section of the scooter, i.e headset, bars, compression etc we are obliged to repair within the 90 day warranty period and this does not entitle customers to a full refund as the product will be in a used condition. But we will happily fix any problems for the customer so the particular issue presented is resolved.
All scooters are required to be fully returned to us if we are assessing any warranty claim prior to any decision being made regarding a replacement of parts or refund.
